EFT for Abundance

Another of my favorite coaches for using EFT is Carol Look. She focuses primarily on using EFT to attract and eliminate blocks to abundance. she publishes an e-newsletter that always includes a suggested tapping round for a specific issue on abundance.
I like having a script to help me with my wording, and often then I get inspired about additional issues I need to tap on. They also call it "borrowing benefits" when you tap along with a round even though you might not think you have that particular issue yourself- you still gain from the tapping. Sometimes you find out you did have that issue, but it was buried so deeply you didn't recognize it.
Click here to view archives of her past newsletters - I recommend going back over all of them and tapping along. You can do one a day - or more, depending on what you feel like. She also has a ton of other resources, articles and links.

EFT tapping for having a great day

One of the common problems people experience in using the Secret to attain their desires is the limiting beliefs, mental blacks and negative energies they carry around with them. Often, they don't even realize they have these beliefs. A great technique I've used almost daily to release my limiting beliefs and negative emotions is EFT, or Emotional Freedom Technique. It is a form of emotional accupressure, using meridian points on the body and tapping with your fingers- no needles are used. Results are often nothing short of amazing. You can read more about it on founder Gary Craig's website, http://www.emofree.com/. He also has a terrific informational video about the technique, how it works, what issues it works on and real people's results. See it here - EFT Technique with Gary Craig.
One of my favorite coaches/teachers of EFT is Brad Yates. He has posted a great tapping session on YouTube, called Tap O'the Morning. This is an excellent way to start your day feeling good. I bookmarked it and visit it all the time. I always feel great afterwards.
Give it a try and see how good your day can be!

Are you left-brained?

Which side of your brain do you use most? I'm sure you have heard of being "right-brained" or "left-brained", but do you know which you are? Do you know what that means about the way you see your world?
Check out this super fast, super cool online test, and be amazed - Right Brain v Left Brain

It's not good or bad to be one or the other - just different, and gives us insight into how we relate to our surroundings, how we learn best and what types of things we are best at.
